Open the topper on the mattress size you ordered. Unfold it quilted-side up and smooth from the centre to the edges. If it still shows fold lines, leave it flat rather than stretching it.
To store it, fold it loosely and keep it dry and away from sharp bed-frame edges. Do not add a machine-wash routine that is not on the page.
